- If you are an established customer, download links on digital orders are being sent immediately and automatically.

- If you have used a verified PayPal account, and you registered with the same verified email address, download links will be sent very soon, as soon as we manually read your order.

- All other orders are generally delayed by our fraud prevention system, as per the notices on our checkout pages. Sometimes the delay may be as much as 72 hours, and if there is a high indicator of possible fraud, your link may never be sent. In order to expedite matters, you may open a support ticket at http://ypninc.com/support/ requesting product delivery.

- Have you ordered products along with INSTALLATION, or any other services from us? Please open a support ticket at http://ypninc.com/support/ at your earliest opportunity in order to schedule your installation.

- Have you paid via e-check? Please note that e-check orders are not delivered until the funds have cleared.

WHAT IS THE FRAUD PREVENTION PROCEDURE?

Unknown customer orders are processed manually. We attempt to verify authenticity on orders from unknown customers. We check your store registration details against your payment details. If there are anomalies, and you are a USA citizen, we may attempt to contact you via telephone. If there is a verified email address on any PayPal account used, we may contact the PayPal account holder for order verification before shipping to a different email address. If you contact us via the support desk, we are often able to expedite this process.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN'T VERIFY THE ORDER?

When we are unable to verify your order, we may do nothing. If we do not hear from the person who made the order, and a PayPal dispute is filed (typical of fraudulent transactions), we refund the money to the PayPal account.

We are grateful for all our customers, and saddened by the need to have any fraud prevention measures in place that make the process inconvenient for our new customers and for us. The blame lies with those who steal and abuse credit cards and PayPal accounts.
